Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, VEYRION receives information required to authenticate your account, which may include your Google account identifier, email address and basic account information made available by Google Sign-In. Your Google email address is not displayed publicly to other players.

We also process information associated with your VEYRION account, including your Commander name, account identifiers, authentication/session data, game progress, planets, resources, buildings, research, ships, fleets, reports, purchases and other gameplay data.

Our servers may process technical information necessary to provide and protect the service, such as network requests, IP addresses, timestamps, device/app information supplied with requests, and server/security logs.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate players, create and maintain accounts, operate the persistent game universe, save and synchronize progress, process gameplay actions, provide purchased digital content, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Google Play purchases

VEYRION offers optional digital purchases, including in-game crystals and related digital benefits, through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment transaction. VEYRION receives and processes purchase information and purchase tokens needed to verify purchases, grant digital content, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, and maintain transaction records. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared with service providers only as needed to operate the game and its features. These include Google for Google Sign-In, Google Play services and Google Play Billing, as well as hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate VEYRION. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.

Public game information

Some gameplay information is intentionally visible to other players as part of the multiplayer game, such as your Commander name, ranking information, planets or locations exposed by game mechanics, and other multiplayer activity. Your Google email address is not intended to be public game information.

Data retention

We retain account and gameplay information for as long as necessary to provide VEYRION and maintain the player's persistent account, and for reasonable periods where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and gameplay information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

VEYRION is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Where age-related requirements apply, users must meet the requirements applicable in their country or use the service with any required parental authorization.

Your choices and data requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your VEYRION account, subject to applicable law and information we may need to retain for legitimate legal, security or transaction-record purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as VEYRION or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available at this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
